Cancellations & Refund
MACRO INDIA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service via email within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
All products at Macro India are made with utmost care and safety. Each product go through a rigorous quality check procedure, however if any of our customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will send a replacement for that. We design products that are used everyday by thousands of happy customers worldwide and will be happy to assist you in case of any grievance you might face. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) along with an image of the damaged/defective product received. One of the key things we look into is CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are constantly looking for any queries and suggestions you might have for improving a MACRO PRODUCT. Refunds are being processed within 7 days period.
